Hey Guys. Im currently on a d-bol/Test. cycle. I'm working out hard but not getting sore. The next day the muscles i worked don't feel broke down. Im on 30mg of d-bol. Is this normal. What do you guys think?

are you doing the same exercises over and over? try changing up your routine and exercise it might help
you do not want to over train your muscles,just cause your on gear doesn't mean you can lift like crazy,stick to the reps and sets that are used for growing.......
if you want soreness inject some ** ,but dont overtrain![]()
That's the good news about being on the cycle. Just don't over train. You have a lot more fluid in your muscles so they have more capacity and require less recovery time. Up the intensity but not the frequency. Try to get in the mind set of lifting a little heavier each time. The hard part is to manage this without hurting your tendons; they do not gain capacity and it is easy for them to get injured. Make sure that you stretch the muscles before and during your workout.
i am having same issues. i am on 200deca 400test enan. i get tired in the gym, get a great pump and after i get home to a protein shake i feel i can hit it again. i haven't been sore at all during my 3 weeks on the juice.

hey bro i would bump deca up to 400 mg week at minimum.
Go heavy and keep good form.... allways works for me
