    Anyone ever heard of this?
    Never seen ICN before, just added to a list.
    I assume its new, as it isn't available till next month...

    i have never used it before, have heard its good.if it is 1cc amp, like i am thinking , then its really overfilled about 1.2-1.3 cc.
