its says it contains 93% roasted peanutts, oil and salt. nutrition is 655calories/100grams- protein 22g, carbonhydrates 10 g, fat 58 g....and the label is SKIPPY!
Any clue?

Smucker Natty PB is 14g FAT for 2 TBSP...
Just make sure the ingredience reads "Peanuts & Salt".

What country are you in that the label gives you nutrition info for 100 grams?? 1 tbs. peanut butter has 94cals, 4g protein, 3g carbs, 1g fiber, 8g fat.Originally Posted by baba_021

200cal for 2tbsp...give or take 10-15 cals
14-16 fat, 4-6carbs, etc.
