It's meant to lean out.....

no muscle size should be at all expected. Are you lean already? but just wanna cut up? some otc thermo ****'ll do it. Whats your goal? stats?

im 19 yo. 220lbs. 6'2. and about 14%body fat. i was goin to squirt and my goals were to be like 245ish. but im not goin to cause a bunch of people told me to wait a few years. i want to get a little more cut. should i just try overthe counter ****.
