Last night I just read a recent study on the very subject. I need to find it again. Basically, the treatment depends on their age/height compared to normal for that age/ family traits/weight/. Injections once or twice daily and doses evaluated every 3-4 months with blood work. Cost was anywhere from $10k-30k yearly.
