what up folks! I have been lurking in this forum for a while now, and have been a member of other boards. But this one seems to always be the one that I end up at when I am looking for answers. Keep up the good work. You guys are the sh*t. Anyway Ive been training for about six years. Ive got a little cycle knowlege and experience. The bad part is I took almost a whole year off from the gym and lost all kinds of weight! I am 6'00 200lbs, but have been up to 225lbs (with some stomach). I just finished a 4 week diet and cardio 3 times a week. I did a little weight training, but very light compared to my normal sessions. I took this picture 2 days ago, and am going to start hitting the weights hard. So progress pics will be posted. Feel free to critique, i wont take it the wrong way. thanks bros
