first off, great site...great info...almost too much, almost. Quick stats: 22 yrs old, lifting for just over 6 years, 6'5", 260, around 12-15% bf (last eletrode test was a while ago), bench 310; i know, it's kinda puss for my size. Which is why i'm thinking about turning to the dark side. I've been at this plateau for too long (over a year) and can finally lift freely the way I want too. After reading all about deca, test, eq, winny, sust, (and all the pct) etc....I haven't exactly deicded on one cycle yet. I figure I have plenty of time to lift, diet, and run before i will start a cycle though (you know, get in best shape i can b4 starting). Anyway, just to get over the hump and add a little, what do you think:
wks 1-12 400 mg/wk EQ
wks 7-12 50 mg/day Winny
wks 15-18 clomid ( i saw the 300-100-50 step down)
An old friend of mine told me to try eq first b/c it's not as "hard-core" as test or deca, and this seems like a good cycle to start with. Oh, also keeping Nolvadex 10 mg/day on hand in case of puffy/itchy nips, is that right? I've seen similar posts, just wanted to make sure I was reading them right. Now i gotta find a source and watch and listen to the forum. Sorry i rambled, i'm new, lots of questions and what not. Thanks
