I usually have 1 packet a day for my oatmeal.... But i am starting to drink green tea throughout the day and i cant stand the taste w/o splenda. My question is can i keep adding splenda throughout the day w/o it effecting my diet???

I load everything i eat up with splenda... IMO i dont think that it will effect your diet because theres really nothing to the stuff.
Each packet has an actual carb count of 0.9 grams, so each packet is almost 1 gram of carbs.
I'd consider that when loading up on it. In sensitive fat loss/show preparations, using a lot of it will mess things up. For the recreational fat loss approach, probably won't hurt too much.

Splenda gets it's carbs from the Dextrose and Maltodextrin that they use as a filler. You can get Splenda pellets in Europe that use half the filler and have half the carbs. Or if you want to go the absolute ZERO carb route get the liquid Splenda (Sucralose). It's the Sucralose that makes it sweet and with out the fillers there are absolutely no carbs.

So what yall think, i am trying to get as shredded as possible, should i go with green tea with splenda throughout the day or throw out the green tea.
green tea capsules are not an option?
yea, just already bought the tea so i was gonna use it
just ordered from that website..ill let everyone know how it is.
splenda makes a lot of things edible/drinkable IMO
will 5 packets a day have an effect on fat loss. thats less than 5 carbs, but still i am trying to be as strict with my diet as possible
