Hello all I am new to this board first of all my stats. I am 22 5'10 192 pounds with about a 19%bf (caliper).
I should try to work on the fat but honestly I can't help but want more muscle so I will bulk to probably 218-225 before I really try to cut. I do eat well and diet is important I am cutting out the crap so I will not put on much more fat, but not really trying to lose what I have so far.
well this is all I can say for now but after browsing the board for a while I think I will get alot here.
P.S. I have been training for a while my altime high was 214lbs before I moved but once I moved I have not trained at all in 9 months I hope to get it back fast.
