Here is a basic overview of my diet, please let me know what I need to add or take out- my goals are to gain 10 of muscle right now i am 175lbs BF about 10%. I would like to stay as lean as possible w/o the added bloat to the face. I am taking CEE.
8am-8 hard boiled egg whites
10am -train
11:30am-PWO isolate shake/DEX
Noon-PWO meal Grillled chicken or 1/2 pound of deli meat /roast beef/turkey/chicken w/some veggies on the side without bread and a few slices of cheese
2pm- low fat yogart
4pm-sold whey shake
6pm-some sort of fish or chicken or steak with side veggies f/ fiber
