I was reading the cutting thread and it stats to consume twice as many carbs than protein for PWO. 50% being maltodextrin and 50% being dextrose. Just wondering what the difference was. I have a jug of dextrose but not the maltodextrin. What sources of food have malto in it?

BTW I just ate about 10 homemade chocolate chip cookies with milk... But no more. Hitting the gym at 8am tomw for 1hr of cardio...then stats class, lifting, then chem II....
