sory, yep i just starte my 3rd cycle. Test E / Anadrol / Tren & winny at the end. I will lay it out if you want. I have Mid & post cycle T w/ HCG,Clomid, nolv and proviron. Looking to put on good lean mass and of course drop the Bf as musch as possible, w/o sacraficing the gians.
Def. 1.5g/lb at least.... up to around 2g/lb........

reallisticly 1.5g per lb is good enough 2g is hard to consume per lb everyday but if u can get that that would be good to but personaly i just try and get bout 1.5g per lb

Morning meal is usually a bowl of oatmeal & protien shake
Lunch is usually some typ of lean meat, and a vegtable & Protien shake
Diner Same as lunch
about a gallon of water a day w/ antioxidants, vitamin and minerals
very low carb intake though, complex only if any
and a protien shake before bed
I am counting Fat, surgars and protien intake, not really looking at calories to musch, should I be?

Would you benefit much more if you took 2.5-3 grams per lb? I know while on your body can "use" more protein.....

1.5-2g but spread it out, most bodies can absorb only about 35/g in a sitting
Only 35g where do you get this?? I think you are way off more like 50g a sitting....
