    I missed my Nolvadex and look what happened



    No but seriously, I did miss a day...should I double up today, or just keep taking it like normal?

    Keep taking it as normal. Increasing the dose today will not help yesterday. This should not be a problem since you only missed one day.

    If gyno sypmtoms were to appear (very unlikely result of one missed dose), increasing nolva can halt the problem.

    Bump the nolv to 80mgs/day until the symptoms subside... looks mild anyways...
