well, I have been pretty strict on my diet for 12+ weeks. Only cheating 2 meals a week. not days but meals. I came off a cycle last week and have just had the sudden urge to eat. I ate mc donalds for lunch and pizza for dinner. I feel like a fat bastard now and the scale is up like 6lbs from yesterday. Does this ever happen to you guys where you just binge for a day to get the cravings out of your system?? I feel like **** although when i was eating i felt great. Is it psychological where when you get off the cycle you lose slight motivation at 1st. i need to hit the gym harder than ever today.
