injection problem

I am on 75mg prop ed and 400mg eq a week... I injected just the prop in my chest 3 days ago... Now it feels like there is a hard lumo in my chest... I worked out my chest today and it hurt like it was streching it... Its like when I feel the side of my chest it feels like a hard lump... The lump has decreased a little but it is still there...Anyone know anything about this

is it your first time to do a chest shot? Also you have to have alot of muscle to do it in the chest effectively and safely

i'd do it in the thigh, delt, or glut
