I am 172 pounds 5 ft 7...
I have been training for one year and a half.
I have been a rather consistent workout person going to the gym for 4 times per week regularly.
I tried to stick to a diet but I cannot resist the temptation of sweet stuff like chocolate and ice cream.
I love to take a lot of fruits and vegetables.
For my training, it has reached a plateau in strength about two months ago.
The most important problem is I have a tendency to hold water no matter how many methods I have tried, including stopping creatine and stick to less salty stuff.
There was a stage where I have the mass but it tooks terribly watery.
I tried to take stenol and drive for two months.... but it did not hold on long..and the results are not obvious at all
Any suggestions?
