I have been busting my ass for 8 weeks with no cheats and gave in last night and wne ton a 5000 calorie feast. Other than bloddshot eyes this morning felt preaty good. I have a friend who has been doing CKD for 13 weeks and he has lost only 1 pound of mass and lost 17 pounds of fat. He only does 5 cardio sessions a week and lifts twice a week and from Satruday night to Sunday night he consumes 10k calories or more of garbage. Why should I bust my A$# with two a days and no cheating when I can do this and eat bacon and butter with cream cheese and stuff all week and then drop a calorie bomb for a day. Can someone answer this.
