    Armidex

For a 12 week cycle Pheedno's pct says Day 1-30- .25mg L-dex . Some members say stop the armidex week 12 instead of continuing it weeks 12-17 on pct because of the estrogen rebound.

    So which one guys?

Anastrozole (Arimidex) is the aromatase inhibitor of choice. The drug is appropriately used when using substantial amounts of aromatizing products in rat research. Arimidex does not have the side effects of aminoglutethimide (Cytadren) and can achieve a high degree of estrogen blockade, much moreso than Cytadren. It is possible to reduce estrogen too much with Arimidex, and for this reason blood tests, or less preferably salivary tests, should be taken after the first week of research to determine if the dosing is correct - usually by looking at the rate one can tell.

As an aromatase inhibitor, Arimidex's mechanism of action -- blocking conversion of aromatizable steroids to estrogen -- is in contrast to the mechanism of action of anti-estrogens such as clomiphene (Clomid) or tamoxifen (Nolvadex), which block estrogen receptors in some tissues, and activate estrogen receptors in others.

I'm guessing this one is a little complex and no one knows.

There is no estrogen rebound from armidex because it kills the estrogen not just block it and release it later when you stop like nolva does. I start normally start it 2 weeks before my cycle so its flowin by the time test injections start. Ans you will never need more then .75mg each day.

Why would I need more than. .75 mg a day, when everyone recommends .25 mg a day?

i said you will not need more then .75mg. And that much you would only need if you were running over 750mg of test each week. I normally use only .5mg.
