im on supertest 250; i missed my inject day is it ok to inject 2 days in a row
to get my 500mg or should i just wait till friday

Dude - no worries. Just continue on as normal. That amount is inconsequential. youwill have a bit of a drop but nothing to worry about. You could inject 2 days in a row but it will give you a big spike and then continue on as normal so I wouldnt do it personally
