Actually the avatar is within the rules, there was no "nudity". There was nothing "private" in view, nipples and sensitive areas were not visible, and because of this it IS acceptable, and, if mine was removed because of the reasons that you believe that means that any female avatars that show flesh EVEN when sensitive areas are covered then they should be removed.
