Thread: what should i do

    Question what should i do

    i'm a small person looking to put on some good size
    the only thing is i have a small frame. i go to the gym daily but i only get stronger not bigger. i'm 6 ft even and only 150 lbs. what do you think i need to take and what is the easiest way to get it.

    i get drug tested all the time at work will it show up?
    how do i get it gnc?

    You're kidding right? No you cant get it at GNC, and you can't ask for sources either.

    i eat like crazy all the time i also drink a high proten shake daily also celltec

    Well, first of all, you've indirectly asked for a source IMO, and that's against board rules.

    Additionally, you will definitely want to leave steroids alone. You will greatly benefit from staying natural, and perfecting the other variables which are hindering your potential growth. These being:

    A) Diet
    B) Training
    C) Proper Rest/Sleep

    I'm nearly positive that your diet will need work...

    Additionally, read up in the training forums here.... and if you have questions, or would like to have your training split/methods critiqued, post a thread there... I would suggest reading up on Deadlifts, Squats, etc... mass builders... ....

    Begin there, build a base steadily over time, then look into something 'extra'...

    That would be the best advice IMO....

    daily i'm being told i'm stick boy i go to the gym i work out hard i need to get bigger i don't want to be superman just put on some good muscle mass. i have very little bady fat.

    thanks alot i will try but it is hard everyone is blowing up but me just looking for that extra edge.

    You don't eat enough, clearly. FOOD is the edge you need!!!!!

    How many grams of protein do you eat per day? 100g or so I would bet? You def. need to work on your diet first and foremost.....

    i just eat alot of chicken, beef, and fish. other than the proten shake i don't know how much i take in. what would you base a diet on? i do like to eat alot of carbs. i have a very bad habit of double chease burgers from mc donalds.

    So how about you post what you would normally eat in a day, meal by meal.

    don't get to big of a kick out of this i didn't worry about my diet to much until now.
    i wake up and have a couple waffles, couple eggs, and some cereal.
    eat a ham or turkey sand before work. i go to work at 2 pm
    eat some snacks when i get to work( cookies, chips, candy bars) something
    norm for dinner i eat two or three double chease burgers, fries, lg dr. pepper.
    get off work proten shake then anything ( cookies, popcorn) you know just junk

    That's really really bad lol.......... and needs alot of work.... get busy reading ..

    When do you work-out? Have you heard of post workout nutrition before? Definitely do some reading... and soak it up... after a short while, you'll appreciate why so many of us stress the importance of diet...

    stop cardio and eat more. shoot for 300 grams of protein a day, minimum.
