Eating fat PWO is pointless...
IMO, protein bars have little, to no, place in a properly constructed diet approach... so many other better, and more affordable, options...
Bars should only be used when your in a jam or literally have no time to get something else...how much sugar is in it? I personally stay away from bars as many here do....nothing more than glorified candy bars that cost twice as much and taste half as good....just my thoughts though.
