    Looking at this supp

    I am looking for a supplement to get some good gains. I got some m1t, but I dont think I want to take it because I have heard many mixed things about it. I want to get bigger, and cut up. This seemed decent, but I haven't heard much else about it. Any other good suggestions? I am not a big creatine fan, it gave me bad headaches last year. I was thinking along the lines of No2, but I am not sure yet. What do you think?

    NO products are not really mass gaining supps

    NO effects are only temporary and you can buy the ingredients yourself in powder form.

    So what would you reccomend to get some good gains and get cut up? Animal Pacs? No2?

    Animal Paks?? No. No2?? Same thign as Nitrix basically. Plenty of protein, and maybe some creatine, coupled with a ggood diet and intense training is all you really need.

    Alright, I will just keep lifitng hard, taking peotein, and maybe I will start some creatine.....Any suggestions on things that will help to cut me up? I have soem 4 ad spray i was thinking of taking with creatine.

    a good diet. They are "supplements", meaning they supplement your existing diet and training. It seems you are looking for a supplement to be a centerpiece.

    Yea, true......Is there an easier way to take creatine? I used to take it and had to mix it at lunch during school which was very annoying. I took some in the morning, lunch, and after workout. What is the best way to cycle it, and is there an easier way?

    Get some bulk CEE, its very cheap. Take 2g pre workout, and 2g PWO.
