    Exclamation Anyone else have this problem

    Ok.. I drag my sorry lazy ass outta bed at 5:45, get down to the gym and do cardio.. My problem is about 20 min into cardio I have to take a major loz... and so I start farting which is quite embarassing especially if theres others around, in the end I am holding back torpedo's that just want to fly out!! It makes me sooo mad I just want to hit something, and even if I take a loz before cardio this still happens!!

    lol...torpedos, that's funny.

    I only have that problem if I've ate something I should not have. Droping F-Bombs while on the treadmills does make for some quite embarassing moments.

    This just means that your morning cardio is working, so stop your bitching.

    If you have to just carry a bucket, and when you feel the need, jump off the machine and do your business, then get your lazy ass back on the machine and back to work….

    Thats why I take a dump first thing in the morning......no reason to have the all-night buildup come out at an unexpected time.

    That does sometimes happen to me though. I'll rush off to the gym, and then when I was coming back my stomach would just be killing me, and I would be like WTF? Where did this come from? It used to happen more when I was on therms of some kind.....

    There was a thread a few months ago when Lozgod was banned that said from now on Loz was the new word for $hit. It just kinda stuck, even now that he is back.

    Man I can barely get out of bed b4 I have to drop a major loz. So mine is usually gone before I go to the gym. I have had gas while doing cardio though. That sucks...it's impossible to squeeze your cheeks while runing or on the elliptical.

    Lol yea the eliptical is a bitch.. the bike is much easier.... Man I do take one before cardio which is the wierd thing

    That's right, **** I laugh everytime I think about how it caught on and how many people use it!! haha

    BTW - Where is Deca these days? Haven't seen him in a while?!

    Bigen is right!! You should try to cut down on your late night eating and/or change your late night (evening) diet. If it doesnt stop soon, it has to be what your eating before you go to bed!! IMO

    when i wake up i have to coax my loz out. a cup of coffee and a skoal usually does the trick, and then i can do my cardio.

    if u do a search on my posts you'll see all of them have to do with my gas, someone here suggested beano and i'm on my 2nd day, i feel(smell) a bit of a difference.
