Deca only is a poor choice for a cycle.

Gyno is short for gynecomastia, it'd defined as breast tissue growth in men. It's caused by excessive level of the female sex hormone estrogen stimulating mammary gland growth under the nipple.

whoa buddy. don't start anything. you don't have any kind of pct set up. you're doomed to find out what gyno is in the hardest way. i would rethink a deca cycle anyways since its your first. i would consider a test cycle before you try messin with anything else. read all of this thread before you mess yourself up big time:

i have had gyno and never even roided...had to get one side removed and the one side came up....do you think it is smart to just stay away from everything....the only cause i think it is from is drinkin and smoking weed is what i have found in my research....thanks

Gyno is something that can really effect you mentally and destroy your life in several ways. I have had gyno for as long as i can remember. I always thought it was just fat, i guess i was wrong. My body has very little fat apart from my stomach and my chest, god damm bit** tits!!
I cant even take my top off to nobody, i would always like to go swimming and use the jacuzzi's at out gym, but i cant, because i cant face taking my top off. Everyone thinks am crazy as they say am "thin" but they just dont understand.
If only i had the money to get the bas**rds removed!!!

That sucs bro, try to get a job that offers good insurance then go to as many doctors as it takes telling them it hurts and is unconforable until one will give you a referral. Keep your head up bro, good luck!!!

Ya, when i went to get my one side removed they took pictures and sent it to the insuranc company and paid for it because it wasn't considered cosmetic becuase it was noticeable and medical.....so if you have insurance give it a shot
