Hello my first post. I am a extreme n00bie and if someone would bare with me that would be greatly appereated. I'm 16 years old and been going to the gym for 5-6 months know. (ya laugh but at least I'm trying). Anyway's I have a few questions if you don't mind that would be greatly apperated. I been doing reserach on anabolic steriolds and it been said to cause growth problems with teenagers. As a teenager would it not be a wise thing to ever consider takeing them. Also another question is I see so many different workout guides and I confused on what to choice???I also confused on if a protein supplements are worth buying? Wouldnt you get more protein out of a steak?
