Hello,
I am new to this site but not to lifting. I have probably spent more time doing aerobics than lifting. But the last 4 months I have been lifting with my husband 4 days a week. I still try to do a couple of cardio kickboxing classes a week but never seem to have the time. I am really begining to enjoy lifting as I get stronger. If you bothered to read this, thanks.
