Here is my question plain and simple. I'm fat and don't want to be anymore. I get the cardio part but what do I do for diet? High protien low carb, that sort of thing?
Are there any pills out there that might help ie...phen fen?

Go to the diet forum and read the cutting sticky. There's a good sample diet in there.
If you're really fat, you might want to look into a keto diet. Just an option you should put on the table.
most importantly. 4 to 6 small meals a day, cardio in the morning wil get you started with burning fat. You know whats good to eat. Eat as healthy as you can and do cardio you will get there.
I'd stay away from the pill, at least for the first couple months of fat loss. Yes, I did say a couple months because weight loss will take time and that is where a lot of people fail. Read the sticky and you should be fine.
dont just read it.. Fallow it!Originally Posted by cjp85

I think you should beg one of the mods to change ur username to "The Burgermaster"
lol, ony kidding
Just to throw this out there. I've lost ninety lbs by cutting out fast food, fried foods, soda's, and doing cardio a few times a week and heavy weight lifting five days a week. I'm here in seek of losing 40 more lbs and trying to pack on some serious muscle mass.
Like stated, read the cutting stickie, then post a sample diet and we can pick it apart for you.
The only thing i would suggest you use at first is an ECA stack (25mg Ephedrine HCL, 200mg Caffeine, 60-80mg Aspirin) and Glutamine, take both of these before AM cardio on an empty stomach.
Cardio should be performed 5-7 days a week at target HR (220-age x .75)
I wish you the best of luck, it all boils down to consistency and just how bad you want it. I get up at 5am for cardio, you gotta do what you gotta do to get it done.
