Guys,
I am going on a Spring Break cruise in two weeks, and am starting this week to cut. My goal is to have 30-50 g of carbs a day this weekk, and then take water-eliminating pills next week, and consume less than 30g of carbs a day after that.
I am 5'11, 185lbs, about 10% body fat
My diet consists of:
AM Cardio
Meal 1: 4-6 egg whites, 1 scoop yogurt
Meal 2: Chicken or steak, 2 scoops peanut butter
Meal 3: 2 scoops whey shake
Meal 4: Chicken or steak, stir fried with vegetables
Meal 5: 4-6 egg whites, bowl of lettuce
Meal 6: 1 can of tuna
I'm relatively new at cutting...have usually just bulked/trimmed...but I want to look **** good in two weeks...I'm open to any comments/criticisms.
