And I choose 12 weeks instead of 13 due to the fact 1 amp is missing for Test E so i just have 250mg for wek 13 if I go for 13 weeks, so I think it is better to do like this, or what is your opinion?

I would go another week on the EQ and add an addition week to take the test one week beyond that, but if you don't have enough gear for that, then I would say all in all, you got a nice cycle put together there.

I have 250mg for the last week but that seems a lite bit week, so I think it's better to go for the 12 week circle, could not be that bad right?

like lozgod says go 12 weeks on the EQ for the best results and 13 on the test e, if you can get more gear.

I have just 250mg for the last week then, off course I can get some more if I want, but it's a lot of work for just one more week.
But is it better to go for 13 weeks and just add 250mg Test E the last week?

I would go ahead a shoot the 250 for the last week. Steroids are not an exact science. Everybody metabolizes the drugs at slightly different rates etc. So you will be within the margin of error by using up going short 1/2 week of test. At least that is what I would do.
