just meat and mayo on my sandwiches. yes i have read the sticky, i am a very hard gainer i need carbs and fat mixed together in order to grow. ok good advice ive droped the nuts pwo and added them to meal 8.
Meal 1 - 6 eggs both white and yolk, 1 cup oatmeal
Meal 2- 1 serving of nlarge
Meal 3- chicken breast/ground beef/steak, veggies,1/2 of rice, 1 tbsp of EFA oil.
Meal 4- 2 cans of tuna tuna, mayo, 1/2 cup of rice
workout if im doing it that day
Meal 5- PWO shake again nlarge
Meal 6- chicken breast/ground beef/steak, veggies, 1 cup of rice 1 tbsp of EFA oil.
Meal 7- 2-3 sandwiches 1 cup oatmeal, celerly with peanut or nut butter
Meal 8- (on workout days only) another serving of protein powder, nuts or cashews
