here are some ideas that have helped me to eat some of the plain foods every day.
Egg whites- use sugar free syrup and buttery burst spray butter. tastes like waffles if you close your eyes.
oatmeal- use frozen fruit and splenda. heat up the fruit till it liquifies in the mic. then add splenda oatmeal and water. mic again. stir it up. blueberries turn it purple all throughout and it tastes like candy!!
