    I'm addicted!!

My buddy introduced me to Kraft dinner (original) mixed with tuna and ground beef! Holy s*it, I've been eating it every day for lunch for the past week!! It so simple to make, packs a crapload of protein and its pretty quick to prepare! You guys have to try it!

    76 grams of protein
    95 grams of carbs

Of course I don't eat it all at once. I'll eat half one day and take the rest to work the following day.

If it doesn't hurt you then keep eating it. I wouldn't add it to my diet personally.
