    I think that day i had the flu, i just sat here all day and night cus i couldnt sleep a wink or work out or do anything. Right now i average 70-100

    think I done 30 once, but I spend a lot of time reading posts now cos I get sick of answering the same questions over and over, and with some posts the question is usually answered than the thread gets hijacked
