    Hello Board

    just wanted to say hi im kinda getting back into the gym rat thing after blowing a bicep tendon, that whole thing kinda freaked me out a lil but hey what the hell right ?? time to get back to work

    Welcome...how did the bicep injury happen? Recovery time?

    going down a ladder @ work and lost my footing, i was able to grab and hold to keep from falling all the way down between a cat walk( couldve ended very badly) recovery time was about ..........4 months, bicep still shakessometimes when i over do it, but my DR. who i tell EVERYTHING about what im up to, says i should be fine and surgery is not an option cause i will likley blow it back out again, so its a waste of time pain and money,

    That's a tough injury bro...not even gym related. I fell on the ice and sprained my ankle a few months ago...tough to accept when its not even from a reason like sport or training with weights. Anyways, good luck.

    thanks bro, i will be hitting gym in about half hour or so ...... so a lot of my old friends are gonna be giving me **** for getting fat LOL
