    Tongkat Ali vs. Trib

    Ive heard alot of good things about both of them. If you guys had to choose one, which would you pick?

    I think tongkat ali worked better for me but it is more expensive.
    i use them both during pct though.

    i actually take em both but u said if u had to pick one which wud it b. i said trib cause i can feel the efects of trib more than just taking tongkat ali, i've tried takin both alone

    tycin, you felt more of an effect when you used trib by itself, compared to tongkat ali? Did either of these give you trouble falling asleep?

    ya when i tred both by themsleves i liked trib better but the two together is perfect.
    i have troubles falling alseep anyways bro so i dunno...i have insomnia due to all the aas im taking lol

    4 days on melatonin, then 4 days on the active sleep ingrediant in tylenol PM is the only way to go!

    i was actually leaning towards trib for a few reasons, one of them being that tongkat ali seems to have a few side effects. Im looking to take something long term, worry free.

    What brand of Trib is best?

    i was taking sleeping pills for a while but decided to fuk it and tough it out....lately my gh is makin me tired so i can fall asleep a little easier

    same here. my TA is 100:1 extract so....

    yes running them both w/ clomid during PCT actually made me feel like i was on test agian...

    Back to original question, I would say what do you want it for? During cycle Tongkat Ali as it has the very limited benifits like proviron in SHGB and keeps the boys hangin in a smaller manner as HCG. Tribulus seemingly acts as a limited form of clomid. So during cycle or during pct...

    also make sure the tribulus contains high% protodioscin as it is this specific saponin that is meant to raises LH.
    many tribulus supplements contain high steroidal saponins but do not state the protodioscin %.the highest i have seen are thermolife's TRIBOSTEN
    and sopharma's TRIBESTAN also twinlabs TRIBULUS EXTREME all with 20% protodioscin.
    these are more expensive as they are a cultivated extract not the raw herb.

    Never even heard about tongkat ali wtf. Where have I been? I use trib the research seems to back up the benefits enough with very few long time side effects so I am hooked. It is proven to have 100% increase in test production from 2-4 weeks of it. I've even heard of a 600% increase in some cases. Whats this tongkat ali's story?

    Im not looking to use it during a cycle or during pct. Im looking to use it year round, off cycle.

    Has anyone else tried both of the at different times, and can say one worked better than the other?

    Then post this in the supplement forum... They discuss supps in detail over there without thinking about the component of gear, because this is the steroid forum.
