more of a diet question than steriod (although 'roids and flaxseed oil are both lipids i guess), so don't be surprised if this thread gets moved.
flaxseed oil is a veretable oil that may be the most healthful fat to consume. it has essential fatty acids that help keep your cholesterol in check, help growth, are anti-carcinogenic, and like a million other things.
it has the omegas that you get in salmon (even more though), so it's great to take. it has a somewhat strong flavor, so i just squirt a little in my mouth instead of trying to cook with it.
it's not an essential bb supplement, but something everyone would be better off taking a little each day.

it won't really do **** for your gear. it's not like you can drink milk or eat coldwater fishand BAM! your cycle turns into high gear. it's just something very good for you.

flaxseed oil.
flax seeds are little seeds that contain the oil. some peeps eat them but i hate them they suck. it's better just to buy a big bottle at a nutrition shop.
