Just got done with my cycle of Ref b only.....i know i know i don't care. I took 2cc's a day split into 1/2cc when i wake up, 1/2cc at lunch and 1cc 30miutes before work out. Ref is slightly underdosed so no you are not take 50mg's more like 38 ish. Worked great for me. 6weeks. make sure you have PCT ready.

i did 1.5 ml in my glute yesterday and my ass is killing me. do u have the same problem? i put 1cc in my delt and 4 days later i can still fill like a lump where i injected it. im considering drinking it but dont know how effective this would be. any suggestions?

It will be just as effective orally. It is specifically made to be availvable orally. That is the whole purpose of methylation.
