    IS THERE ANYTHING THAT I CAN PRACTISE INJECTING ON OTHER THAN MY ASS?

    hmm, how about traps, delts, bi's, tri's, lats, quads, calves?

    edit: you are referring to injection sites right? if you just want to inject stuff into your body for practice (which i don't recommend) then get some injection grade saline

    do you maybe mean injecting into an orange for practice? i didn't bother cause i knew what to do and practicing on an orange wouldn't ease my fear once i was doing the real thing.

    well i guess you could inject into an orange, though quite honestly I do not see why you would. Injecting isn't hard, after you do it a few times you'll be a pro.

    Just go ahead and stick it in your rear. It might be a little scary the first time but you will get over it once you realize how painless it is. Just make sure you do it nice and fast if you do it slowly it will probably hurt even more. I had a bro of mine do it my first couple times. He knew what he was doing and I didn't even feel it. After like 5 time I said screw it I can do this myself it is painless and it was.
