If dosed at 300mg/ml - 8.3 lines = 250mg, right?

Have my next vial which is dosed at 300mg. I want to draw 250mg...I assume each line is worth 30mg, thus making 8.3 lines (to be exact) equal to 250, right?

yep. if by lines you mean on the syringe, and each line represents .1 ml (.1 cc)
