Just like to get a feel of how many shakes or drinks protein people are taking in while on a cycle??? right now im currently drinking about 3 a day of ON 2 scoops a piece.

AT LEAST 1 gram of protein per lb. of bodyweight. Id go higher though. Try to get the majority from food.

so, if one day lets say you see you are getting much more protein from your diet on that day..would you leave out some of the protein shakes or take them anyhow?
I'd stay at 2 grams per lb of bodyweight.
Exactly. But I am a firm believer in getting as much protein naturally from food. I usually drink only one shake right after my workout to get some fast acting protein.Originally Posted by BDTR

I usually go 1.5-2gms per lb/ but this is also depending on if I am cutting or bulking.
I take 350g of protein per day in, and weigh 195 right now, just wrapping up my cycle.
I only have one shake a day.
DONT get too much protein from your shakes, eat some real food and be a man.
I try to get 1.5g/ lb body weight. As much as i can from food.
I always take in 30g more then my current weight, so if im gaining more weight i eat more protein.
