At that age I'd get rid of some more fat before starting a cycle

Johnny has a point...if you have been working out dilligently for 3 years your stats should be different. More muscle less fat. However, i doubt this advice will stop you, so yes, but running clen at 140 mcg's a day is going to make you feel like crap. Start at a lower dose and work up to see what you're comfortable with. Dont forget to supplement with Taurine to help cramps.
oh yeah and after week 2 start using benadryl to clear out your beta 2 receptors
