ive been trying to lose weight and have been following the bulking diet for about a month now and all is working well im in a good routine and getting my cardio in every morning and im also not on any roids yet probably a few more months....but just recently i noticed when i squeezed my nipples this cloudy fluid came out, theres no pain at all so i was wondering could this just be fat that im losing or gyno????????...i cant imagine it being gyno cause im not on any steroids and the only supplement i take are protein shakes, so i dont know what the f*uck it is help

You should talk to your doctor about that. There are some conditions that could cause that, Deffinately a doctor question tho.
