lump, sometimes?

I know its not like the lump is going away and coming back again, but for some reason, from when i wakeup till about 6 or 7 pm the lump is virtually non existent to the touch. After my shower and as I get ready for bed they seem to get puffier as the night goes on, and the lump is more evident?
Is this just in my head? Cause im pretty sure im not imagining things....
Is there a reason for this?

Also until the night time, my nips stay pretty hard all day... but at night they balloon up?
What the hell is wrong with me???? haha
