Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!winny Looks Yellow!!!

Right now as we speak im staring at a siringe with 2cc of winny v (50mg).I made sure a shaked the bottle first then I sucked out 2cc.I put the siringe down for bout 3 to 5 min and when I picked it up the winny looks kind of yellow towards the needle part of the siringe, if I shake it it tunrs back to white but if it sits it starts to turn yellow(only towards the needle end of the siringe)..THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENS TO ME IS THIS NORMAL.....SHOULD I STILL INJECT WITH IT?????????????
