what is the absolute max dosage for ephedrine

okay guys im presently taking a cdn supplement called thermomaxxx what is the max dosage each pill contains 30mg ephedrine and 215 mg of caffeine now what is the max i can take. i am taking 60 right now but can i go up to 3 need advice honest advice please .

as far as i'm concerned none. i have panic attacks now from taking it at less than the prescribed dose on the bottle.

they have no way of reliably measuring how much actual ephedrine is in each pill, they just measure the amount of ephedrine-containing ingredient in the pill and multiply by the average % ephedrine that ingredient contains. the actual amount of ephedrine could be over 3X as high, or almost nonexistant.

i would do a coke binge- it's safer/easier to measure and you'll feel way better and get the same results (except a heart attack/abnormal heartbeat).

I think I read somewhere that ephedrine 100mg/day should not be exceeded. For a monkey, probably 25 ought to be the max dose.
