What we really need on this forum is a INJURIES section... I mean... HOW many of us have been hurt while lifting???I have numerous times... so why not have a place to go and discuss what you hurt, how you hurt it, how you can prevent it, how you can treat it, strengthening exercises, etc. etc. It may sound a little strange but if you think about it that is so huge... how many of us have worked our @sses off for our hard earned gains only to loose them all to a little mistake or accident... I hope that the mods give this some serious thought as this is as big a part of our sport as diet, lifting, and AS are IMO.... but who knows how much that counts for... Thanks!!!
