i was on here earlier on, and was told that its all good to mix a water with an oil (eg. b12 & prop) when having a shot. i sur hope so, coz it would mean less shots.... any comments would be appreciated?

Yeah it should cut the pain if that's what you are diluting it for.

nah, love the cork, just hate the numorous shots. does it make either less effective???

Yes....you can mix the two in the same syringe. Although water and oil don't mix so there will be a distinct seperation between the two....but this will have no effect on absorbtion.
