im plannin on runnin a cycle, thinkin about either

eq 400mg/wk
or
test 500mg/wk

all of these would be b/t a 10-12 week cycle, which one do u like best just for gaining the overall most muscle, i know your diet factors in, but just give me your opinion, and also is there any supplements u reccomend taking during a cycle besides steroids food and protein shakes
