In my 7th week of Test E (and just started Winstrol) and the strength is really kicking in....

on 3-2 I could bench a measly 235 2 times
on 3-15 I could bench 250 1 time with slight help
on 3-27 I was able to do 270 with no help


Granted, I did start this cycle after taking almost a year off, so I think some of my gains are due to 'muscle memory' or whatever you wanna call it.

I honestly didnt think I would get to my goal of 300 pounds, but at this rate I bet I do, or at least really really close.

Supplements:

Did 250mg/week for the first 2 weeks (I was planning the whole cycle at 250/mg)

week 3-5 I did 325/mg week (had some extra and decided why not)

Week 6-Current 500mg/week - Decided to go with everyones advice and bump it up to 500/mg. I don't regret not starting with 500mg, but I def will next time around.

Started Winstrol 50mg ED about a week and a half ago
